Dear Friends and Supporters,

Over the past few months, we have encountered significant setbacks due to the pause on foreign funding enacted at the start of the Trump Administration. This has directly impacted our ability to carry out crucial projects that are vital to the people we serve in Vietnam. Despite these financial challenges, we remain resolute in our mission to support communities affected by the legacy of unexploded ordnance (UXO) from the Vietnam-American War and to help restore hope through education, health, and sustainable development.

In response to the funding pause, our team has carefully reevaluated our strategies and adapted our approach to ensure that we can continue to make meaningful progress with fewer resources. We have focused on strengthening local partnerships and expanding our network of grassroots supporters, while also seeking new avenues for funding through both public and private channels. While the political landscape remains uncertain, we are exploring alternative funding sources and fostering deeper relationships with our international allies who share our commitment.

With that being said, we’re excited to share our successes thanks to your continued support.

As always, we are deeply grateful for your unwavering dedication to our cause. With your support, we are confident that Friends of Project Renew will overcome these obstacles and emerge even stronger. We are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those who have been affected by war, and together, we will ensure that their voices are heard and their futures are brighter. Thank you for standing with us during this critical time.
